【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiestheTestCriteriaforafter-theftservicesfortherecoveryofstolenvehicles(ATSVR),andtheircontrolandusewithelectronicandelectromechanicalinhibitorcontrolequipmentutilisingbothconventionalswitchedoutputsand/orsoft-codedoutputsofsettingandunsettingdevices,detectors,warningdevicesandancillaryequipment,forfittingtovehiclesoperatingon12/24Vnegativeearthelectricalsystems.Therequirementsandtestsspecifiedinthisstandardenablereasonableassessmentofcomponentsperformancewithregardtosafety,reliability,functionality,securityanddocumentation.Toprovidereproducibletestmethodsandtoavoidtheproliferationoftechnicallysimilartestmethods,thetestprocedureshavebeenchosen,wherepossible,frominternationallyacceptedstandards.Forspecificguidanceonthesetests,referenceismadetotheappropriatedocument.Inthecontextofthetestprocedurestheterm"specimen(s)"shallrefertothecomponentorcomponentsoftheATSVRundertest.Toidentifytheteststhataretobeappliedtoeachtypeofcomponent,referenceshallbemadetothetable23inAnnexA1.ThedocumentassumesandrequiresthatallotherelectricalandradiostandardsrelevanttovehiclesarecompliedwithandshalltakeprecedentintheeventofconflictwithanyrequirementintheseATSVRrequirements.Thisdocumentisnotintendedtostifletechnicaldevelopmentorpreventtheuseofnewmethodsofdetection,communicationorimplementationappliedtoanATSVRdeviceorsystem.IntheeventthatanATSVRsystemusestechnologythatrendersanyofthetestscontainedinthisdocumentinappropriate(e.g.atechnologythatwasnotenvisagedwhenthestandardwasdeveloped)thenthe‘spirit’ratherthanthe‘letter’ofthestandardshouldapply.
