【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothedesignandmanufactureofautomaticdividerswhosefunctionisbasedonthevolumetricprincipleusingoneormoresuctionand/orpressingpistons.DoughdividersworkinginotherwaysareexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Theseautomaticdividersareusedinthefoodindustryandshops(pastry-making,bakeries,confectionery,etc.)fordividingdoughorpastryintoportionstoproducetherequiredweightofdoughpiece.Thesemachinescanbefedbyhandorautomatically.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotheinstallation,adjustment,operation,cleaning,maintenance,dismantling,disablingandscrappingofautomaticdividers,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).WhendraftingthisEuropeanStandard,ithasbeenassumedthatthemachinesarenotintendedtobecleanedwithwater.1.2Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:?experimentalandtestingmachines,underdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;?weightingdevices;?“knifeandbelt"dividersandothertypesofmachineswherethedividingmechanismisbasedonthefunctioningofamovingknife;?liftingandtiltingmachines1)orotherseparatefeedingmachines.1.3AnoisetestcodeisincludedinAnnexAtoassistmanufacturerstomeasurenoiselevelsforthepurposeofthenoiseemissiondeclaration.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
