【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtomeasurevolatileorganiccompoundsthatareemittedfrompackagingmaterialsunderhigh-temperatureconditions.Thistestmethodmaybeusefulinassistinginthedevelopmentandmanufactureofpackagingmaterialshavingminimalretainedpackagingink/adhesivesolvents.ModificationofthisprocedurebyutilizingappropriatequalitativeGCdetectiondevicessuchasamassspectrometerinplaceoftheflameionizationdetectormayprovideidentificationofvolatileorganicsofunknownidentity.1.1ThistestmethodcoversdeterminationoftheamountofresidualsolventsreleasedfromwithinapackagingmaterialcontainedinasealedvialunderagivensetoftimeandtemperatureconditionsandisarecommendedalternativeforTestMethodF151.1.2Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforquantitatingvolatilecompoundswhoseidentityhasbeenestablishedandwhichareretainedinpackagingmaterials.1.3Theanalystshoulddeterminethesensitivityandreproducibilityofthemethodbycarryingoutappropriatestudiesonthesolventsofinterest.TheanalystisreferredtoPracticeE260forguidance.1.4Forpurposesofverifyingtheidentityoforidentifyingunknownvolatilecompoundstheanalystisencouragedtoincorporatetechniquessuchasgaschromatography/massspectroscopy,gaschromatography/infraredspectroscopyorothersuitabletechniquesinconjunctionwiththistestmethod.1.5Sensitivityofthistestmethodinthedeterminationoftheconcentrationofagivenretainedsolventmustbedeterminedonacasebycasebasisduetothevariationinthesubstrate/solventinteractionbetweendifferenttypesofsamples.1.6Thistestmethoddoesnotaddressthedeterminationoftotalretainedsolventsinapackagingmaterial.Techniquessuchasmultipleheadspaceextractioncanbeemployedtothisend.TheanalystisreferredtothemanualsuppliedwiththeGC-Autosamplingsystemforguidance.1.7ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.8Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesoil-samplingprocedures,analysisrequirementsandprocedures,andrecommendssensitivity,repeatabilityandaccuracycriteriafortheapplicationofdissolvedgasanalysis(DGA)tofactorytestingofnewpowertransformers,reactorsandinstrumenttransformersfilledwithmineralinsulatingoilwhenDGAtestinghasbeenspecified.ThemosteffectiveandusefulapplicationofDGAtechniquestofactorytestingisduringtheperformanceoflong-termtests,typicallytemperature-rise(heatrun)andoverloadingtestsonpowertransformersandreactors,alsoimpulsetestsoninstrumenttransformers.DGAmayalsobevaluableforover-excitationtestsrunoveranextendedperiodoftime.ExperiencewithDGAresults,beforeandaftershort-timedielectrictests,indicatesthatDGAisnormallylesssensitivethanelectricalandacousticmethodsfordetectingpartialdischarges.However,DGAwillindicatewhenthesepartialdischargesbecomeharmfultotheinsulationandmaybedetectedbyinspection[2].
