【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofisothermalsecantandtangentbulkmodulusofliquidswhicharestableandcompatiblewithstainlesssteelundertheconditionsoftest.Thistestmethodisdesignedtobeusedoverthetemperaturerangefrom-40to200?Candfromambientto68.95Mpa(10000psig).Note1Becauseofthedesignofthetestapparatus,theupperlimitofpressurewhichcanbeattainedislimitedbythebulkmodulusofthetestfluid.Pressuresashighas68.95Mpawillnotbeattainedforfluidsofrelativelylowbulkmodulusatthetesttemperature.Thistestmethodassumesthattheuserisproficientintheassemblyanduseofmediumpressure(m/p)threadedandconedfittingswhichareintendedforuseatpressuresupto137.9Mpa(20000psig).Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note2Becausehydraulicpressureinthetestsystemisproducedbypurelymechanicalmeans,thetestmethodisnotsubjecttothehazardsassociatedwithsystemswhicharepressurizedpneumatically.Evensmallleakswillresultinimmediatedropinpressuretoambientwithoutproductionofahighpressureliquidstreamormist.
